Liberdade 12 is an exclusive residential building that houses 33 apartments and 4 commercial spaces. The four stores for rent range from 98 m² to 1128 m². Completely rehabilitated, the building maintains its original façade and is a unique opportunity to open its store in the heart of Lisbon.
Liberdade 12 is an exclusive residential building that houses 33 apartments and 4 commercial spaces. The four stores for rent range from 98 m² to 1128 m². Completely rehabilitated, the building maintains its original façade and is a unique opportunity to open its store in the heart of Lisbon.
We were requested to create a unique, exclusive and sophisticated editorial piece to introduce the striking urban rehabilitation project in Liberdade Avenue, “Liberdade 12”, right in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal, mainly aimed at foreign real estate investors.
IDEA
Since the target was international, the idea for this project was to tell a story and take advantage of the recent projection of our country as a destination of excellence. So, we started by introducing Portugal, the city of Lisbon and then we framed the “Liberdade 12” project as an integral part of the national charm.

RESULTS
Leafing through this brochure seduces you to project yourself in space and time. The hardcover binding, the silver hot stamped spine and the use of striking images create a high visual impact. Moreover, the story and narrative unfold on several textured papers of different weights and dimensions to give it a touch of innovation and exclusivity and also reflect the high standard and unique finishes the project offers.
